Sam is an amazing personal trainer. As a yoga teacher I was looking for someone to help me with a workout that would complement my yoga practice. Sam helped me with exercises to stabilize my pelvis, work my core and my biceps. She also had me do tabata style work outs which really helped me to build muscle and lose inches from my waste. Since she is also a yoga instructor she was able to design a unique workout plan for me. I would definitely recommend training with her! :)

Sam is amazing!! She always makes sure you're in proper form and she never makes you feel bad for doing something wrong! She has me laughing every session with her! Love this girl and would recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer!! She doesn't make you feel like you're working until you're feeling it later on
