I am a Bay Area California native with a love for fitness since the age of 7. Starting with Kenpo Martial Arts, competitive swimming, and dancing. I grew up constantly being active. From there I became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition (2012), Certified Yoga Instructor (2014), Specialist in Fitness Nutrition (2017), and Lagree Fitness Method (2017).  

I combine all aspects of my fitness background and nutritional knowledge to help build you a sustainable, happy, healthy life. There are no shortcuts, quick fixes here. My main goal is to help create a balanced life through movement, feeling good, and eating properly! I am the coach you've been looking for to help you get on the right track!

I am the creator of #WarriorWomenMovement I empower women through martial arts to live a Kick-Ass life! Activating your inner warrior! I am the co-host of "The Healthy Fix" Podcast with my BFF of over 20 years, Jenna, a holistic health coach.  We have a goal in mind to educate through our knowledge and experience and give you facts rather than what you should do. Of course we do give you suggestions and go on rants buts ultimately we love to help. Join us on understanding the latest trends to make a healthier decision on the latest health fix every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday!
